Welcome to a new week here at Amusing Challenges – I’m so glad you are stopping by! Throughout the month I’ll have different sorts of challenges…”use it”, themes, sketch, etc. This week your challenge is to use die cuts. I will have a Weekly Winner and at the end of the month, those 4-5 winners will go into a prize drawing for one lucky Grand Prize winner. August’s prize winner will receive 5 Cherry and 5 Petite Cherry sheets of A Muse Studio cardstock from me!
Cyndi is still home from work recovering from neck surgery but she still managed to send in a project for this week’s Amusing Challenge. Thank you Cyndi!! She used the retired A Muse Studio candy box die for box/base. Cyndi decorated it with some twine and used all three butterflies from the Butterfly Trio die set from A Muse Studio! The polka dot paper looks great here and that is from the A Muse Studio 6×6 pack called Everything’s Rosy. She finished it off with some twinkle stickers from A Muse Studio.
My nephew had a birthday yesterday and he is full of energy and loves to ride his bike. I thought this would be a fun card and I stamped the bike and sentiments from A Muse Studio’s Enjoy the Ride in Versafine Onyx ink on Sky cardstock. I then used the new Balloon dies from A Muse Studio to cut out a few balloons using various A Muse Studio cardstock. I tied some of them of with the Onyx/White Baker’s Twine (amuse studio).
