Amusing Challenge – Anything Goes

Welcome to this week’s Amusing Challenge!   It’s everyone’s favorite – Anything Goes. Throughout the month I’ll have different sorts of challenges…”use it”, themes, sketch, etc. I will have a Weekly Winner and at the end of the month, those 4-5 winners will go into a prize drawing for one lucky Grand Prize winner.  November’s Grand Prize winner will receive this holiday stamp set from A Muse Studio, called Naughty or Nice.

I love the layers Cyndi created here with her Nestabilities Scalloped Square dies (which amuse studio carries, by the way!).  She used the new stamp set, Bottle Brush Forest, from the A Muse Studio holiday catalog and stamped the two tree shapes in green and brown.  That’s a detail that I love.  I also have to smile at the tiny red twinkle sticker that creates a little “Rudolph”.  Cyndi also used La Pouf for the snowflakes, some Cherry sequins and a scrap of vellum for the sentiment – all from amuse studio.  The ribbon is from her supply on hand but I happen to know that Cyndi just stocked up on ribbons by getting all 3 ribbon packs on sale during A Muse Studio’s 2468 sale!  🙂

 

The lighting for my photo does not do my card justice!  This poor snowman from Cozy Back, also from A Muse Studio’s holiday catalog, looks like he’s sporting a lime green scarf but it really has much more vibrancy and shading than shown.  I do love that A Muse Studio offers both a die set or digital file for this Cozy Back set – as well as all the other new stamp sets within the Holiday Catalog.  I white embossed the Snowflakes and the sentiment is from Very Merry – these stamp sets are also from the Holiday Catalog which retires Dec 31.  The Cherry and Candy Cane stripe cardstock are from amuse studio as well.
