ah…the leaves are falling like crazy here. Last week I ironed some leaves between wax paper (I remember my mom doing that as a kid for us – and I used to do it for my kids!) to take into our Kindergarten Fall Festival. They look so pretty. It got me into the leaf coloring mood and I really enjoyed coloring Happy Hello from Amuse Studio’s October Collection with my copic markers. I have been using this set a lot with watercoloring and splash.
My husband liked this leaves so much that on our last walk, he pointed out this pretty leaf and thought I should take it home. He told me I could color one like that! Now this may seem insignificant to you, but those of you who know me, know my husband really could care less about my stamping. Unless, of course, I’m making a birthday card for one of his family members. tee hee… Anyway, I was thrilled!
What rubber stamping supplies do I need to make this card?
It’s hard to see in the photo (and I’m coming home so late in the day that I’m missing good daylight – sorry!) but the French Roast is amuse studio’s Shimmer cardstock. We used to carry it in earlier catalogs and I was thrilled when it made an appearance in October’s Collection. It’s a multi color pack and you can still get it here!
