DIY Perpetual Calendar

I was tickled when Linda asked me to come up with some calendar projects using amuse studio’s 2017 calendar downloads.  I shared some of my calendars from last year here, in case you missed that post.

This is amuse’s TENTH year of offering these calendar downloads and they have  donated over $22,000 to wonderful causes as a result of this simple initiative.

This year the proceeds will support GirlUp (www.girlup.org).  Girl Up has partnered with the United Nations to support programs that give girls an equal chance for education, health, social and economic opportunities, and a life free from violence.

The A Muse Studio Calendar Project is an awesome project for crafters of all ages and abilities.  Linda originally designed this project for my daughters to make teacher and family gifts when they were just 4, 6 and 8 years old.  These calendars can be personalized with stamps and photos and there are five different sizes to choose from.  Calendars are fun to make, give and receive!  You can get yours here.

I used the A2 sized perpetual calendar download for this project.   I had just decided to join Close To My Heart when Linda invited me to design a calendar, and I spotted this Flip Stand Album in CTMH’s Clearance Section…which you can purchase here from my webstore.

I’ve had a book for years to keep track of the special family events – but truthfully, I often forgot to flip the pages or even lost track of that book!  This perpetual calendar will keep me super organized – no more late cards!!

I used stamps from CTMH, amuse studio and The Angel Company for my project.  In this same download you will get the actual calendar pages themselves so you could use this same idea but with a decorated calendar…the possibilities are endless and what a great gift this would make!
