This month’s theme and monthly prize
Anything Goes + a stamp
April 29 – May 6
Grass cut – check! Floors vacuumed – check! Great lunch and dinner made – check, check, check! ah…and some card making time snuck in…now that’s a feeling of accomplishment. How is your week going?! I am so glad you popped in to check out this week’s new Anything Goes heARTful stamping challenge! We’re a great place to get and share some card making ideas for your rubber stamped cards.
If this is your first visit here, there are normally weekly Top 3 winners and a random winner from all of the participants receives the monthly prize drawing. I happened to end up with an extra CTMH Birthday Time stamp set from last month so one lucky winner will receive this in April!
This Week’s Inspiration
Cyndi was out enjoying a wine festival today and I’m so glad she did have some time off! I am sure she is recovering from tax season – her daytime job!
We are lucky to have Debi B here from That Might Look Good on a Card. I call Debi the queen of fun folds – in fact, I often check out her blog for new and neat ideas. Her “triple twist impossible ” card is no exception and I love how many pieces she used from CTMH’s Stargazer paper pack. These items are retiring on Monday, April 30! Be sure to check out her blog for more details on this card.
CTMH supplies: Stargazer paper pack, Silver Glitter cardstock
I haven’t played as much with CTMH’s Mother’s Garden as I would’ve liked but there are some great pieces in that stamp set. My favorite is the rainboots but I forced myself to play with some of the other pieces and I love how this almost “one layer” card turned out. It was quick and easy – I used my now retired CTMH watercolor pencils on it. The “thanks” is from the very popular Chelsea Gardens stamp set.

Most of my Super Girl and Super Boy CTMH cards have been paired with the Stargazer paper pack. I went out of my comfort zone and used some of the purple papers from CTMH’s Make Waves set. I have to say I really like how it turned out! You can’t tell from the photo but I went over her glasses and cape with a Shimmer Brush. So subtle but an extra nice detail! Be sure to check out my facebook page where I share an adorable idea from another CTMH consultant using this set!!
