This month’s theme and monthly prize

Anything Goes + a stamp

 Sep 9 – Sep 16

Cooler temps have arrived (at least for this week!) here in Northern VA so that made me think of fall colors this week. Welcome to this week’s Anything Goes heARTful stamping challenge –  I’m so happy that you stopped by! We’re a great place to get and share some card making ideas for your rubber stamped cards.

If this is your first visit here, there are normally weekly Top 3 winners and a random winner from all of the participants receives the monthly prize drawing.

I know my daughter would go crazy over Cyndi’s card this week using CTMH’s retired Baby Animals stamp set. She had a wiener dog phase because her best friend in high school had one. Bengi. I’ve met him before and he is definitely a cutie! This card is 100% cuteness and I love the die cut letters. Once again, Cyndi manages to pack so many details into her cards – she used pearls, coloring and paper piecing here.

I embraced the color temps today as I made this card. I used CTMH’s new set called Grateful Heart – for cardmaking. The colors are from the paper pack also by that name – Grateful Heart. Close To My Heart has 4 new amazing paper packs in the Holiday Expressions catalog plus a paper pack add on option that works with all 4 of these! This card really was super simple to stamp and I made it in less than 30 minutes while I watched my favorite TV show – Elementary.
