I woke up to cooler temperatures again this morning and this weekend I saw some pumpkins growing big and round in gardens… I’m still waiting on my Close To My Heart order and in the meantime I am playing with their instant digital download — Pumpkin Spice! You perhaps knew that CTMH had (and still has!) a relationship with Cricut but now these digital files work with any electronic cutting machine. whoop whoop!
One tip I have is that if you have a white core paper or thicker cardstock, MIRROR your image so that the rough cutting edge gets flipped around and glued down. I always tell my Kindergartners to glue on the “ugly” side!

More About My Card
I used some more retired CTMH fall themed papers. To be honest, the background is very, very busy; and, if I were to do it again I probably would use the reverse side. I love that Close To My Heart patterned papers have two sides so you can pick and choose. The best part? They always compliment each other. I handstamped the sentiment with a now retired CTMH font but they have some lovely new options that you can find here. The Gold Loose Sequins are the final little pop of interest on this busy card!
Wonderful Fall card. I’ve also bee-n playing with my digital Pumpkin Spice collection awaiting my order. Forecast here in N TX is for a cold front, temps in 80s.

It’s a fun collection and I love that it works with any device digitally now. Enjoy the temps — we have cooled down some too but still high 80’s here.
